На підставі п.п. 10.4., 11.1. Договору, керуючись висновком за результатами моніторингу від 12.09.2022р. (UA-M-2022-08-22-000006) сторони дійшли до взаємної згоди зменшити ціни вказані у Додатковій угоді №2 від 22.07.2022 за 1 кілограм молока пастеризованого до рівня ціни, визначеної у ДОГОВОРІ про закупівлю №38 від 08.02.2022р. (із змінами та доповненнями передбаченими Додатковою угодою №1 від 10.02.2022.) , шляхом розірвання (скасування) Додаткової угоди №2 від 22.07.2022р. за взаємною згодою Сторін з 16 вересня 2022р.Інші умови Договору про закупівлю №38 від 08.02.2022р. не змінені даною додатковою угодою, залишаються чинними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
