Богдана Гаврилишина, 27/29 та перебуває у власності ПАТ «НТК «Електронприлад» має чотири поверхи та підвал, призначені для виробничо-складської діяльності. Будівля побудована у 1970 році. Будівля являє собою будівлю допоміжного виробничо-складського корпусу № 3, основні конструктивні елементи виконано з цегли; фундаменти бетонні, перекриття залізобетонні, покрівля рулонна, стіни та перегородки цегляні та гіпсокартонні, підлоги, в основному, цементні, бетонні та лінолеумні, вікна металопластикові та дерев’яні, двері металеві та дерев’яні. Будівля підключена до системи електрозабезпечення, холодного водозабезпечення, теплозабезпечення та каналізації, які на дату оцінки мали значний фізичний.
