Під розміщення видавництва чи підприємства книгорозповсюдження, що забезпечує підготовку, випуск та (або) розповсюдження не менш як 50 відсотків книжкової продукції державною мовою (за винятком видань рекламного та еротичного характеру), що підтверджується відповідною довідкою, виданою Державним комітетом телебачення і радіомовлення України, та продаж сувенірної продукції, Цільове призначення визначено відповідно до рішення Чернівецької міської ради VІІІ скликання від 27.04.2023 №1191.
Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Майно передається в оренду без права на викуп орендованого майна. 2. Орендар зобов’язаний слідкувати за належним станом фасаду і в разі необхідності оперативно здійснювати ремонт (реставрацію) фасаду. 3. Визначити профіль використання: під розміщення видавництва чи підприємства книгорозповсюдження, що забезпечує підготовку, випуск та (або) розповсюдження не менш як 50 відсотків книжкової продукції державною мовою (за винятком видань рекламного та еротичного характеру), що підтверджується відповідною довідкою, виданою Державним комітетом телебачення і радіомовлення України, та продаж сувенірної продукції, Цільове призначення визначено відповідно до рішення Чернівецької міської ради VІІІ скликання від 27.04.2023 №1191. 4. Орендар зобов’язаний дотримуватись вимог Закону України «Про охорону культурної спадщини» та виконувати усі обов’язки Балансоутримувача/власника за охоронним договором, який є додатком до Договору.
