Додаткові умови (використання за цільовим призначенням): – для встановлення кав’ярні самообслуговування з продажу гарячих напоїв, який не здійснює продаж товарів підакцизної групи товарів з дотриманням вимог податкового законодавства щодо здійснення підприємницької діяльності; - для встановлення платіжного терміналу з наявністю ліцензії на надання фінансових платіжних … послуг, що засвідчує право такої особи на провадження діяльності з надання фінансових платіжних послуг відповідно до Закону України “Про платіжні послуги” та з дотриманням вимог податкового законодавства щодо здійснення підприємницької діяльності. Строк оренди становить 5 років, крім випадків, коли потенційним орендарем заявлено менш тривалий строк оренди відповідно до вимог, визначених ч.3 ст. 9 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна», п. 53 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 №483.
