У зв'язку з тим, що об'єкт оренди є пам'яткою культурної спадщини, затвердити додаткові умови оренди майна: - орендар зобов'язаний виконувати вимоги законодавства про охорону культурної спадщини та умови охоронного договору від 08.02.2024 № 5128, укладеного між Національним музеєм "Чорнобиль" та Департаментом охорони культурної спадщини виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації); - орендар повинен безперешкодно допускати представників органу охорони культурної спадщини КМДА для здійснення контролю за виконанням правил утримання приміщень пам'ятки та перевірки виконання умов охоронного договору.
