Про передачу в оренду через аукціон державного нерухомого майна - загальною площею 44.1 кв.м. (в т.ч. приміщення (2-9) - 18,50 кв.м., (2-10) - 25,60 кв.м.) будівлі учбового корпусу (літ.А) за адресою: 58001, м. Чернівці, вул. Богомольця, 2 (що є пам'яткою архітектури місцевого значення - Бурса імені Нестора, 1930 р, охоронний №2749-Чв Наказ Міністерства культури, молоді і спорту України від 18.02.2020 №851), відповідно до Переліку нерухомого державного майна, щодо якого прийнято рішення про передачу в … оренду на аукціоні. Залишкова балансова вартість об'єкта 2591,32 грн., Первісна балансова вартість об'єкта - 28503,44 грн. Строк оренди – 5 РОКІВ. Стан задовільний. Потужність електромережі - 50 квт. Орендар зобов'язаний дотримуватися вимог законодавства про охорону культурної спадщини та умов охоронного договору №12-25/79 від 19.11.2013, укладеного між Буковинським державним медичним університетом та Відділом охорони культурної спадщини Чернівецької міської ради (на сьогодні – Управління охорони культурної спадщини). Нерухоме майно передається в оренду з метою надання послуг, які не можуть бути забезпечені безпосередньо закладом освіти (Буковинським державним медичним університетом), пов’язаних із забезпеченням чи обслуговуванням діяльності такого закладу, їх працівників та відвідувачів – розміщення буфету, який не здійснює продаж товарів підакцизної групи. Орендар компенсує Балансоутримувачу витрати на оплату комунальних послуг згідно виставлених рахунків та земельного податку.
