The language (languages) in which tender proposals should be prepared is Ukrainian. Documents that are not prepared by the bidder and submitted as part of the tender proposal may be submitted in both Ukrainian and Russian. If a document in a language other than Ukrainian or Russian is submitted as part of the tender offer, the bidder shall provide a translation of this document.
