The conditions for providing tender security are specified in paragraph 2 of section III of the Tender Documentation. All documents related to the tender proposal and prepared by the bidder must be drawn up in Ukrainian. The translation of documents is made in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 7 of section I of the Bidding Documents.
