Terms of payment of the contract (the procedure for making settlements): - 100% postpayment within 10 banking days after delivery of the goods; Payments for the delivered goods are made on the basis of the bill of lading and in accordance with Article 49 (1) of the Budget Code of Ukraine. In the case of delayed budget financing, the calculation for the goods provided is made within 10 banking days from the date of receipt by the Customer of budget assignment for financing procurement on his registration account. Budget commitments arise from the Customer in the presence of budgetary allocations. Source of procurement financing: funds from the state budget subventions to local budgets and local budget funds on a co-financing basis.
