Ціни на товар, які вказуються в накладній повинні відповідати умовам Договору, фактична кількість - даним замовлення та накладної. Візуально зі зверненням на термін придатності для … споживання оцінюється якість продукції, У разі поставки товару належної якості та відсутності розбіжностей фактичної кількості товару з даними замовлення та накладної, остання підписується уповноваженими особами сторін, підписи яких завіряються печатками Постачальника та закладів дошкільної освіти. У разі поставки товару неналежної якості, такий товар підлягає поверненню Постачальнику та заміні на товар належної якості. У разі виявлення Покупцем в процесі споживання товару його низької якості Постачальник проводить заміну товару в день повідомлення про це покупцем.
