Електрична енергія, формульне ціноутворення, без розподілу

Строк поставки з 01.07.2024 року до 31.12.2024 року (включно). Обов’язковою умовою для постачання Товару Споживачу є наявність у нього укладеного в установленому порядку з оператором системи розподілу договору про надання послуг з розподілу, на підставі … якого Споживач набуває право отримувати послугу з розподілу електричної енергії.5.3.1. Оплата Товару за цим Договором здійснюється на підставі підписаного Сторонами Акта, за формою, визначеною в додатку 3 до цього Договору, протягом 10 робочих днів із дати підписання Споживачем Акта за відповідний розрахунковий період. Порядок розрахунку ціни тендерної пропозиції Учасника Розрахунок ціни учасника: Цпроп = (Ц_прогн.рдн + Тпер + М) × Vплан × 1,2, де: Ц проп – ціна тендерної пропозиції (грн/кВт*год); Ц_прогн.рдн – прогнозована ціна на ринку “на добу наперед”, яка для даної закупівлі становить – 5,17115 грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ, (визначена як середньозважена ціна на РДН з 01 червня по 14 червня 2024 року за даними ДП «Оператор ринку» розміщеними на його веб-сайті www.oree.com.ua ).; Тпер – тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії (чинний на дату оголошення процедури закупівлі), визначений відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 09.12.2023 № 2322 за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ та становить 0,52857 грн. за 1 кВт*год; Vплан – плановий обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії щодо об’єкта (об’єктів) замовника, кВт·год; M – розмір торговельної надбавки / знижки учасника за одиницю електричної енергії (вартість послуг постачальника – відповідно до його тендерної пропозиції, що не може змінюватись протягом строку дії договору про закупівлю), грн; 1,2 – математичне вираження ставки податку на додану вартість (наприклад, ПДВ – 20 % дорівнює 1,2), що вказується залежно від системи оподаткування постачальника. Торговельна надбавка / знижка, що встановлюється учасником у ціні своєї тендерної пропозиції, може бути від’ємною величиною. Торговельна надбавка / знижка, усі інші складові ціни тендерної пропозиції без ПДВ заокруглюються до п’яти знаків (включно) після коми.
