Сторони дійшли згоди про продовження дії Договору № 103 від 27 березня 2 0 17
року, згідно ч. 5 статті 36 Закону №922-VIII від 25. і 2.20! 5 року, на строк достатній
для проведення процедури закупівлі, у зв'язку з чим погодили наступну (нову)
редакцію п. 3.1. Договору:
Сторони дійшли згоди, щодо визначення загалі .пої вартості (ціни) Договору № 103 від
27 березня 2017 року в розмірі 56928.60 грн. з ПДВ та об'ємів з закупівлі за наслідками додаткової Угоди в
обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в 2017
році, у зв'язку з чим погодили наступну (нову) редакцію п.3.1. Договору:
«Загальна вартість Договору складає 56928,60 гри. з ПДВ.
