Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару визначену в Додатку Уз 1 до Договору у зв'язку зі зміною ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, а саме: масло солодковершкове селянське, жирністю 73% на 9,50 гри. до 104 гри. 50 коп.
2. Зменшити загальну кількість товару на 319,378 кг 4380,622 кг.
3. Додаток № 1 до Договору викласти в новій редакції.

Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару визначену в Додатку № 1 до
Договору у зв’язку зі зміною ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, а саме: масло солодковершкове селянське 73 % на 10,44 грн. до 1 14,90 грн.
2. Зменшити загальну кількість товару на 115,4471 кг до 4265,1749 кг.
